Dr. Allison Bernardi
Chiropractor
Dr. Allison first completed her undergraduate education at the University of New Brunswick in Fredericton. She received a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She then continued on to New York Chiropractic College in upstate New York. Dr. Allison has worked in clinics in Long Island, NY, Amherst, NS and Salisbury NB and is thrilled to finally be running her own business. Dr. Allison is able to help patients of all ages and especially loves working with children and senior citizens. She strives to find the best treatment for each individual patient that she sees.
Outside of the office, Dr. Allison spends her time with her husband, their twin boys and three dogs. She also volunteers her time as the Registrar for Camp Ta-Wa-Si!
Kaylah Barnes
Registered Massage Therapist
Originally from Salisbury, Kaylah has always loved helping people. After graduating from La Collège Atlantique de Massage Thérapeutique in 2018, she has spent the past 4 years working in her home community. Kaylah is able to see patients of all ages and offers fully bilingual services in English and French. She prides herself on her ability to treat chronic and acute pain, sports injuries, and clients who are pregnant. In 2019, Kaylah took the RMT as Labour Support Provider course and looks forward to gaining more experience in that field. When Kaylah isn't in the office, she spends time with her husband at home or is out enjoying all that nature has to offer.
Kimberley Blackbeard
Clinical Social Worker/Counsellor
Kimberley has been practicing in Mental Health and Addictions for 25 years.
Kimberley works with children, teens, families, caregivers and adults who experience a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, behavioral concerns and adjustment issues. She also works with individuals with ASD as well as providing parenting support. It is important to her to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment for people to share their stories and reach their goals. You can expect a collaborative and evidenced based approach to therapy that pays careful attention to your needs. Outside of the office Kimberley enjoys spending time with her spouse and their two dogs. She enjoys being near the water, taking long walks and practicing yoga.
Mariah Blue
Registered Massage Therapist
Mariah is originally from Amherst. and moved to New Brunswick in 2017. She attended Eastern College in Moncton and graduated with honours from their 2200hr Course in Massage Therapy. During her course, she learned and practiced in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy and Pregnancy Massage. Mariah is also familiar with TWR-Cupping and Fascial Work. Mariah plans to keep learning and improving on new modalities and techniques throughout her career. She is passionate about giving her patients the best care that she can and enjoys working with people of all ages.
When Mariah is not working you can find her at home snuggled up with her two little ones and her fiancé.
Holly Casey
Counselling Therapist & Reiki Practitioner
Holly's counselling approach is client-centred and holistic, based on the understanding that your life has many layers and that solutions must be tailor made for you and initiated by you. She will work with you to identify the sources of your concerns, come up with personalised strategies for navigating your way through healing, and make plans for you to continue to foster a strong sense of well-being and growth.
Her reiki practice is guided by her belief in the flow of universal energy and the ability to promote healing through focused and caring attention. This framework assists her in connecting with and clearing the client's energy centres, allowing re-alignment to take place. When our energies are aligned, the path to healing and clarity opens, bringing a greater sense of inner peace, and receptivity to inspiration and wellness.
Lisa M. Cole
Licensed Acupuncturist
Lisa was born and raised in Point de Bute, NB. Her passion for the outdoors led her to pursue a career in the forest industry in 1997. Her desire to help others directed her to pursue a new career path and in 2019 she began her studies at the Canadian College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She was trained in the ancient practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine and graduated in June 2022 as a Registered Acupuncturist. In her Acupuncture treatments she incorporates Guasha, Cupping, Acupressure Massage, Moxibustion and Auriculotherapy. Lisa educates and encourages her patients to take an active role in their health. She brings a compassionate and calm nature to her treatment space and provides a safe, no judgement place to heal.
Hannah Dulenty
Licensed Practical Nurse/Foot Care
Hannah completed the Licensed Practical Nursing Program at Oulton College in 2022. She started by working in long-term care but wanted to expand her knowledge in her nursing career. Hannah completed the Advanced Nursing Footcare course through the Atlantic College of Applied Health Sciences in October 2024. Along with providing footcare in the community and surrounding areas, Hannah also works Fort Folly Nations as an LPN!
When Hannah is not working, she is spending time with her two dogs Dazy and Lily, her family and friends
Heather Gilbert
Registered Massage Therapist
Heather is a compassionate registered massage therapist with a deep love for
family, nature, and the joy of connecting with her clients. She finds solace in the woods,
practicing “forest bathing”, and believes in the power of collaborative wellness. She’s dedicated
to helping people, building community, and fostering family massage therapist relationships.
Heather has a profound interest in the often-neglected stages of peri, post, and menopausal
phases and wants to ensure women feel seen and supported during these transformative
periods. Whether you are a middle-aged woman approaching menopause, an athlete seeking to optimize performance and recovery, or families aiming for a balanced and healthy lifestyle, a
treatment with Heather is not just a routine massage, she strives to provide a targeted approach to wellness, addressing specific pain points and providing relief where it’s most needed.
Toni Pigeon
Naturotherapist
Toni is a graduate of The Institute of Holistic Nutrition (IHN). IHN’s diploma in Applied Holistic Nutrition is recognized and approved by the Certified Nutritional Practitioners Council of Canada and The International Organization of Nutritional Consultants. Toni became interested in finding a natural solution for allergy-type symptoms after personally suffering for years. She understands first-hand how debilitating environmental and food intolerances can be. Toni pursued her passion for helping others achieve homeostasis at The Institute of Natural Health Technologies, where she earned the designation Registered Bioenergetics Practitioner.
Haylee Tretiak
Physiotherapist/Tretiak Physiotherapy
Haylee is originally from Manitoba and moved to the east coast in 2012. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree while playing varsity hockey for Saint Mary’s University. Haylee went on to complete her Master’s of Physiotherapy at Dalhousie. Haylee has gained many skills working at the CRHCC and excels at working with a wide variety of clients. She has also taken courses on communication for chronic pain and shoulder rehabilitation.
Her approach to rehabilitation is exercise and education focused, with supplemental manual therapy, soft tissue techniques and modalities. Her treatment is hands on, individualized and empowers clients to take an active approach to get back to what they love.
In her spare time, you’ll find her outdoors, hiking, travelling, and finding the best cafe or brewery around. You’ll also catch her playing pickup hockey at the local rink in the winter.
