DR. ALLISON BERNARDI

Chiropractor

Dr. Allison first completed her undergraduate education at the University of New Brunswick in Fredericton. She received a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She then continued on to New York Chiropractic College in upstate New York. Dr. Allison has worked in clinics in Long Island, NY, Amherst, NS and Salisbury NB and is thrilled to finally be running her own business. Dr. Allison is able to help patients of all ages and especially loves working with children and senior citizens. She strives to find the best treatment for each individual patient that she sees.

Outside of the office, Dr. Allison spends her time with her husband, their twin boys and three dogs. She also volunteers her time as the Registrar for Camp Ta-Wa-Si!

MARIAH BLUE

Registered Massage Therapist

Mariah is originally from Amherst. and moved to New Brunswick in 2017. She attended Eastern College in Moncton and graduated with honours from their 2200hr Course in Massage Therapy. During her course, she learned and practiced in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy and Pregnancy Massage. Mariah is also familiar with TWR-Cupping and Fascial Work. Mariah plans to keep learning and improving on new modalities and techniques throughout her career. She is passionate about giving her patients the best care that she can and enjoys working with people of all ages.
When Mariah is not working you can find her at home snuggled up with her two little ones and her fiancé.

LISA M. COLE

Registered Acupuncturist

Lisa was born and raised in Point de Bute, NB. Her passion for the outdoors led her to pursue a career in the forest industry in 1997. After obtaining a Forest Technologist Diploma, she
worked throughout rural communities in NB for 22 years. Her desire to help others directed her to pursue a new career path and in 2019 she began her studies at the Canadian College of
Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She was trained in the ancient practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine and graduated in June 2022 as a Registered Acupuncturist. In her Acupuncture treatments she incorporates Guasha, Cupping, Acupressure Massage, Moxibustion and Auriculotherapy. Lisa educates and encourages her patients to takean active role in their health. She brings a compassionate and calm nature to her treatment space and provides a safe, no judgement place to heal.

SARAH THOMPSON

Clinical Social Worker

Sarah completed an undergraduate degree in Applied Studies Psychology through the University of Waterloo in Ontario. From there she went on to complete a Masters of Social Work Degree through Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario, followed by a Bachelors Degree in Alternative Health Science through Nature Care College in Sydney, Australia. Sarah has enhanced her skills through working in several mental health treatment centers for children, youth, adults and families across Ontario as well as in Australia. She has also had the opportunity to work in outpatient mental health clinics in San Diego and in Amherst, NS. Sarah is well versed in providing counselling services to people of all ages and across many cultures.


Sarah’s greatest desire is to support the awakening of all beings to their greatest joy and potential. In service of this vision, she offers a holistic service that honours the connection between the body, mind and spirit. Sarah’s work is centered on unconditional regard and an honouring of the self wisdom that lies in us all.


Outside of the office Sarah enjoys spending time with her two children, her partner and her cats. She also enjoys hiking, kayaking, and unwinding through yoga and meditation.

EMILY JARVIS

Registered Speech-Language Pathologist

Emily grew up in Sackville and attended Mount Allison University for her undergraduate degree. She subsequently completed a master’s degree in experimental psychology at Dalhousie University, followed by an applied master’s degree in communication sciences and disorders at McGill University. As a registered SLP she treats disorders of communication across the lifespan, including early language, articulation, literacy, fluency, motor speech, voice, and aphasia. Emily believes that everyone deserves the ability to express their wants, needs, and desires as effectively as possible. Emily offers all services in English. EMILY READE

Licensed Practical Nurse

Emily started her healthcare career as a PSW in 2011. She graduated as an LPN in 2020 from NBCC and she found
her passion for footcare in 2022. She love working with all ages, especially the elderly. Emily really enjoy the one-on-one type of nursing that footcare allows. She loves getting to know her clients, and being able to help them be pain free.

Emily specializes in basic and advanced footcare; nail trimming; corn and callus care, thick, ingrown and painful nails; and she can help educate on feet health and footwear. She follows IPAC and Health Canada standards for sterilization.

In her free time, you can find Emily taxi-ing her two teenagers around to sports and activities. She also enjoys anything craft related!

Kaylah Dryden 

Registered Massage Therapist

Originally from Salisbury, Kaylah has always loved helping people. After graduating from La Collège Atlantique de Massage Thérapeutique in 2018, she has spent the past 4 years working in her home community. Kaylah is able to see patients of all ages and offers fully bilingual services in English and French. She prides herself on her ability to treat chronic and acute pain, sports injuries, and clients who are pregnant. In 2019, Kaylah took the RMT as Labour Support Provider course and looks forward to gaining more experience in that field. When Kaylah isn't in the office, she spends time with her husband at home or is out enjoying all that nature has to offer.

Kimberley Blackbeard

Clinical Social Worker

Kimberley completed a Bachelor of Science at Mount Allison University. From there she completed a Bachelor of Psychology and a Masters of Social Work degree at University of Moncton. Kimberley returned to live in Sackville, with her family, after being hired by Cumberland Mental Health Services in Amherst, NS
Kimberley has been practicing in Mental Health and Addictions for 25 years.
Kimberley works with children, teens, families, caregivers and adults who experience a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, behavioral concerns and adjustment issues. She also works with individuals with ASD as well as providing parenting support. It is important to her to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment for
people to share their stories and reach their goals. You can expect a collaborative and evidenced based approach to therapy that pays careful attention to your needs. Outside of the office Kimberley enjoys spending time with her spouse and their two dogs. She enjoys being near the water, taking long walks and practicing yoga.
