DR. ALLISON BERNARDI
Dr. Allison first completed her undergraduate education at the University of New Brunswick in Fredericton. She received a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She then continued on to New York Chiropractic College in upstate New York. Dr. Allison has worked in clinics in Long Island, NY, Amherst, NS and Salisbury NB and is thrilled to finally be running her own business. Dr. Allison is able to help patients of all ages and especially loves working with children and senior citizens. She strives to find the best treatment for each individual patient that she sees.
Outside of the office, Dr. Allison spends her time with her husband and their twin boys.
Laurie Terris is originally from Pictou County, Nova Scotia, and has been living in Sackville since 2017. She received her BSc in Occupational Therapy (OT) from the University of Toronto, and has been providing OT services in community settings in NB since 2012. Laurie is passionate about helping people of all ages, but especially enjoys working with children and seniors.
Laurie Terris has completed the Age Safe Canada course re: Senior Safety and has obtained certification as a Senior Home Safety Specialist!
Outside of work, Laurie enjoys spending time with her husband, Gilles and their three cherished pets.
Registered Massage Therapist
Mariah is originally from Amherst. and moved to New Brunswick in 2017. She attended Eastern College in Moncton and graduated with honours from their 2200hr Course in Massage Therapy. During her course, she learned and practiced in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy and Pregnancy Massage. Mariah is also familiar with TWR-Cupping and Fascial Work. Mariah plans to keep learning and improving on new modalities and techniques throughout her career. She is passionate about giving her patients the best care that she can and enjoys working with people of all ages.
When Mariah is not working you can find her at home snuggled up with her two little ones and her fiancé.
Lisa was born and raised in Point de Bute, NB. Her passion for the outdoors led her to pursue a career in the forest industry in 1997. After obtaining a Forest Technologist Diploma, she
worked throughout rural communities in NB for 22 years. Her desire to help others directed her to pursue a new career path and in 2019 she began her studies at the Canadian College of
Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She was trained in the ancient practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine and graduated in June 2022 as a Registered Acupuncturist. In her Acupuncture treatments she incorporates Guasha, Cupping, Acupressure Massage, Moxibustion and Auriculotherapy. Lisa educates and encourages her patients to take
an active role in their health. She brings a compassionate and calm nature to her treatment
space and provides a safe, no judgement place to heal.
Olivia graduated with distinction from St. Francis Xavier University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition, in 2020. She then went on to complete The Moncton Hospital Post-Graduate Dietetic Internship Program. This comprehensive 47-week accredited program granted her a variety of valuable dietetic experiences within inpatient, outpatient and private practice settings. Olivia is registered as a Dietitian with the New Brunswick Association of Dietitians.
Olivia’s passion in nutrition stems from her experiences as a competitive track and field athlete throughout her youth and in university. Through sport, she grew interested in the clear link between nutrition and performance. Consequently, it was also her experiences as an athlete which exposed her to the prevalence of disordered eating within competitive sport. Both of these interests shape the direction of her career.
As a Dietitian, Olivia provides an authentic, collaborative, and weight-inclusive counselling approach. She emphasizes gentle nutrition and strives to empower individuals with actionable steps to improve and manage their health through food.
When Olivia is not working she she can be found outside with her dog, talking about her dog, and petting her dog. She also enjoys running, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
Jillian received a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from St. Francis Xavier University. She is currently in her final year of her Doctorate at Logan Chiropractic College in Missouri. Coming from Oxford, NS she is delighted to be refining her skills with Dr. Bernardi and her team. In her recent clinical training, she has been specializing in low force adjusting techniques including Activator Method, Sacral-Occipital, and Logan Basic Techniques. Finding the unique style of care to fit the individual is one of her favourite things about Chiropractic.
Outside of her work, you can find Jillian hanging out with her niece and nephew, her dog, or in the blueberry fields.

Sue is a native of Sackville, is a mom of two and GiGi of four! Sue has over 25 years experience as office administrator/receptionist. She enjoys running, nutrition, is a lifetime member of Weight Watchers and is a great hugger for anyone who needs one.

Danielle is originally from Vancouver, BC and moved to Sackville with her husband and son in 2018. Having a strong interest in the health and wellness industry she is thrilled to be a part of Dr. Allison's team. In this position, Danielle will be the first friendly face welcoming you to the clinic. She loves reading, music, theatre and spending time outdoors, especially relaxing in her hammock!
It is truly a family office, as Dr. Allison's husband, Daniel takes care of the behind-the-scene management of the practice. Daniel has an affinity for math and management. Although most of the work he does is during off hours, you may see him at the clinic from time to time!
Milo is usually at the front door sleeping, but he will get up for treats and cuddles when requested. If you're having a bad day, or just like puppy snuggles, Milo can add a little something extra to your treatment!
