Yoga Therapist
Sarah Elizabeth Smith
CYA E-RYT 500, TCTSY-F, MACP (qualifying)
Sarah has been a dedicated Ashtanga Yoga practitioner for 15 years, training with leading teachers of traditional Ashtanga Yoga, Harmony Slater, Jody Manley, and Manju Jois since 2012. She has studied yoga philosophy from teachers in the lineage of Swami Sivananda Radha at the Yasodhara Ashram (Kootenay Bay, BC) and yoga therapy for complex trauma at the Centre For Trauma and Embodiment (Justice Resource Institute: Mass, US).
Sarah holds over 1500 hours of certification training in Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin, Prenatal and Trauma-Sensitive modalities and has been teaching for over a decade, including 7 years of facilitating yoga in schools. Sarah is now completing her Masters in Counseling Psychology and her studies in Ashtanga Yoga are ongoing through personal mentorship with her teacher Jody Manley (Kingsburg, NS).

Tracy Estey-Willick D.O.M.P., B.Sc (Hons) Osteopathy, B.Phys. Ed.
Tracy has been a yoga instructor for over 20 years. When developing her yoga classes she draws on her yoga instructor training, experience as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, and her degree in Physical Education. She was an instructor with the Canadian College of Osteopathy for over a decade. She is the co-owner and an osteopath at Well Within Osteopathy (Sackville, N.B. and Halifax, N.S.). She has presented at local, provincial, and national level conferences. She has participated in facilitating Yoga Teacher Training programs for more than a dozen years. She believes in the concept that each of us holds the ability to move towards optimal health. Her classes focus on safety and offer variety.

Rob Estey-Willick, D.O.M.P. (manual practice), B.A.
Rob has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 20 years. He is also an osteopath (manual practice) and has extensive experience as an instructor for the Canadian College of Osteopathy. He co-owns Well Within Osteopathy with his wife, Tracy Estey-Willick, practicing from both Sackville, NB and Halifax NS. He brings his in-depth teaching experience and knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics to the studio to provide a safe and enjoyable yoga experience.

Chloé Peace
Chloé is a biochemist, personal trainer, life coach, yoga teacher, artist and published author. She has a keen interest in nutrition. She started practicing yoga in 2007 after suffering from MS for 10 years. Yoga and other healthy lifestyle habits have improved her life and have helped her manage her condition.
Chloé is now living a healthy life and teaching yoga here in Sackville where she decided to build her tiny house. But if you ask her, she will tell you that she is simply working on being a kind human sharing her gifts.

Emily Wheaton
Emily began her journey in fitness during the summer of 2018 at the YMCA of Cumberland, when she became certified to teach group fitness classes. Soon after, she got her personal training certification as well as nutritional habit coaching to improve her ability to help clients and participants. Emily has since branched off, to teach a bit on her own in Sackville, had a baby and finished her business degree. Now looking to jump back into teaching, she is super passionate about serving our little community and helping others reach their full potential. She cannot wait to be a part of the team and see where this opportunity takes her!
