As your holistic nutrition consultant, Katarina uses a balanced, sustainable approach to healthy eating, providing simple, realistic, nutrition and lifestyle solutions to create lasting habits. With a thorough consultation, a personalized plan is created tailored to the client's goals including dietary recommendations, meal plans, education, supplement recommendations to fill in gaps, as well as lifestyle and mind-body wellness suggestions. The goal is to educate and empower you to understand and take charge of your own health and it is her passion to support you in doing so.
